Accessibility Statement
Nubesti’s accessibility goals for the marketing website and how to report barriers.
Last updated: September 21, 2026
Nubesti LLC wants the marketing website and, over time, the customer portal to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
1. Standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for nubesti.com. The customer portal is a complex application; we prioritize keyboard access, visible focus, captions where we publish video, and readable contrast, and we continue to improve it.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic headings and labels on key templates
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where provided
- Keyboard-reachable primary navigation
- Language attributes on localized pages
- Ongoing design and content reviews
Some older blog media, third-party embeds, or PDFs may not yet meet the same level.
3. Known limitations
Third-party scripts (for example, a messaging widget or form provider) may present barriers we do not fully control. Embedded calendars or videos depend on the third party’s player.
4. How to report a barrier
Email [email protected] with:
- The page URL
- The problem you encountered
- Your browser and assistive technology, if you use one
- A screenshot if it helps
We will acknowledge the report and tell you what we can change or how we can provide the same information in another format.
5. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact relevant public authorities in your country. We would rather fix the issue with you first.
6. Updates
This statement will be reviewed when we ship major site changes.
