Third-party subprocessors that may process personal data to help Nubesti deliver the platform, billing, and support.

Nubesti LLC uses carefully chosen subprocessors to operate the website and platform. This page is the list referenced by our DPA.
We require subprocessors to protect personal data and to use it only to provide their service to us.

3. Payments and KYC
Paid plans, taxes, and KYC / verification fees are billed through the payment processor shown at checkout. That processor is an independent controller or processor of payment-card data. Nubesti does not store full card numbers.
Identity documents and company checks may be processed by a third-party KYC / sanctions-screening provider we enable during onboarding. That provider uses the data only to verify you for Nubesti. We will name the live vendor in the portal checkout flow when it is enabled.
4. Professional advisors
We may share limited data with lawyers, accountants, or insurers under confidentiality when needed to run the business or handle a claim.
5. Updates
We will update this page when subprocessors change. Material additions that process Customer Personal Data will follow the objection process in the DPA.
