Nubesti LLC respects intellectual property. This policy describes how we handle copyright complaints about content on our websites or, where applicable, content a customer stores in the platform.

Nubesti is primarily a security-testing SaaS, not a general hosting provider. We still respond to valid notices.

2. What to include in a notice

To file a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act

Incomplete notices may delay action.

3. What we do

Upon a valid notice we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the customer if the content is in a workspace, and document the complaint. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same agent including:

• Your signature
• Identification of the material and where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and phone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or for Delaware if you are outside the US) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

We may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Misrepresentation

Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

6. Other IP claims

Trademark or other IP concerns can be sent to the same address. We evaluate them case by case.

7. Customer content

Customers are responsible for content they upload. Authorization to test a target does not grant Nubesti or the customer a license to third-party copyrighted material beyond what the law allows.
